Sinopsis Film Where is My Romeo : Bagaimana kisah kelanjutan Carrie dalam perjalanan mencari Romeo pujaan hatinya di Verona setelah mengetahui Demas dan Alexa menikah, pertama tama ia memutuskan kontak dengan Demas dan berusaha melupakan semua kenangannya.ia melanjutkan perjalanan di Verona. SINOPSI

bercerita tentang rumah kost om Indro (Indro Warkop) yang kedatangan penghuni baru. Acho (Muhadkly Acho), Lolox (Lolox), adik Boris (Boris Bokir), dan Mia (Senk Lotta), keponakan tante Maya (Maya W. Sardjono). Setelah sempat bermasalah pada awal kedatangan mereka karena salah paham soal Koper Mia yang tertinggal sama Acho, dan kemudian terbawa oleh Lolox saat di bandara. Akhirnya semua clear. Acho-pun yang tujuan awalnya bukan nge-kost disitu akhirnya menetap disitu setelah melihat peluang mendekati Mia.

Om INDRO kemudian melibatkan Boris, Acho, dan Lolox, dalam masalahnya, ketika wanita cantik di tempat Gym, Gina (Tengku Dewi Putri) minta dinikahi, padahal awalnya cuma genit iseng. Gina berniat akan bicara dan menunjukkan foto-fotonya bersama om Indro ke tante Maya, istrinya. Acho, Boris, dan Lolox mendapat tugas untuk mengambil dan menghapus foto-foto itu dari Hp Gina. Tentu bukan hal yang mudah buat amatiran seperti mereka. Kekonyolan-kekonyolan dalam misi mereka makin rumit ditambah masalah-masalah Boris, akibat adiknya yang nggak hentinya bikin ulah, sampai hubungan asmaranya dengan Tania (Briana Simorangkir) kandas. Lalu pedekate Acho ke Mia yang membuat Boris geregetan. Dan satu lagi persoalan dari orang luar, yang kali ini merepotkan Tante Maya. Adalah Tomsas (Mang Saswi) mantan pacar lama Tante Maya, yang datang dan nekat pengen balikan. Sehingga Tante Maya juga kembali melibatkan Boris serta Lolox dalam upaya menyingkirkan Tomsas yang tidak percaya kalo dia sudah bersuami.

Situasi-situasi bertumpuk makin mengarah ke kekacauan besar. Gimana kemudian hubungan Boris dan Tania, lalu Acho dan Mia? Om Indro dan Tante Maya sendiri? Yang pasti bakalan Gokil segokil-gokilnya.
